'Solstice Fire' is the second demonstration from pagan black metal band Landvættr, presenting sole member Nihthelm's vision of folkish black metal and one 15 minute ambient track. The songs carry a fierce yearning for the past; both for the early days of black metal and the heathen age of our forefathers. 40 minutes of black metal traditionalism for those who walk forlorn in the moribund modern era.
